Gather these essentials before we begin:

• A journal (absolutely essential for Day 1!)
• Any art materials you enjoy using (watercolors, acrylics, pencils, collage materials – whatever speaks to you!)
• Latest version of Zoom installed
• Camera and microphone tested and ready

Remember: You’ll have opportunities to interact directly with me throughout each session!
